These terms govern your use of Cartway, a navigation app for golf carts and low-speed vehicles published by RowLabs. By downloading or using Cartway, you agree to them.
Safety and legal disclaimer
Cartway is a navigation aid, not an authority on the law. Routes and road colors are estimates based on public map data and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Cartway does not guarantee that any road is legal, open, or safe for your cart. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and for obeying all local laws, ordinances, posted signs, and traffic conditions. Always use your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while driving in a way that distracts you from operating your vehicle safely.
Subscriptions
Cartway offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “Cartway Pro,” which unlocks additional features. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Use Cartway for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its data providers.
Map and place data
Map and place data are provided by third parties (MapTiler, OpenStreetMap contributors, and Foursquare) and remain subject to their respective licenses. We don’t guarantee its accuracy or availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
Cartway is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RowLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — Cartway, including any route, road classification, or navigation guidance it provides.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
